Four Seasons B&B at Catawba Point offers peaceful guest rooms each with lake views and complete with comfortable, plush mattresses and a tasteful blend of period furniture and soothing décor. Nightly turn down service included! A full sized bathroom (tub & shower in each), plush towels, hair dryer and toiletries are provided. (Children are not permitted to use Jacuzzi tub.) Each guest room is dressed for the seasons with an eclectic blend of antiques, period furnishings and nautical décor for a truly relaxing get away. Also included are central heat / air, ceiling fans, alarm clocks, iron / ironing board available, whole house complimentary WI-FI. The Four Seasons Room offers a 1950's retro refrigerator stocked with bottled water & soft drinks & a Kuerig machine for hot beverages. Please, no food in guest bedrooms.
LAUREN'S LAKE ROOM
Breathtaking views of Lake Erie and the Islands abound from this premiere guest room. Watch the koi and gold fish frolic in the pond below! Soothing earth tones of Healing Aloe provide a touch of nature and a tranquil, serene aura to this personal space. A plush Nature’s Legacy queen sized mattress awaits providing unique comfort and a healthy sleep environment. A built in desk with sitting area, flat screen television and a large double closet complete this peaceful Lauren’s Lake Room.
SUNRISE ROOM
Relax with a good book or witness the magnificent daybreak as the trees, birds and wildlife awaken over Lake Erie in the Sunrise Room. This bright, cheery room is adorned with plush bedding in a nautical theme, Amish made his & hers hickory rockers and all the amenities of home.
WEST SHORE ROOM
The West Shore Room offers scenes from each season with a front row seat to beautiful, nightly Lake Erie sunsets. Enjoy the awe of nature’s splendor. A plush, queen-sized antique iron bed, dressed in soft pastels, antiques and period furniture adorn this lake view guest room.
DOCK ROOM
Unwind in the Dock Room, overlooking the gardens and ferry dock, with lake views. Feel right at home in the comfort of this cozy sleeping quarters. Plush bedding provides a good night’s sleep in this nautical haven.

Please call between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Peak Season stays require a minimum of two nights stay.
To guarantee your reservation, a 50% deposit is taken for stays of three nights, or more. For two night stays or less, a 100% deposit is collected. Acceptable methods of payment are check, cash, or major credit card, fees apply. Deposits will not be refunded for failure to arrive or for premature departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Being a small inn, cancellations affect us greatly. If a reservation must be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival date, a gift certificate, for the amount of deposit, minus a $45 administrative fee, will be issued, for use within one calendar year. Non-refundable deposit applies to all cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled arrival date, and all Holidays and Special Events. DAMAGE POLICY: Property damage repair/replacement, beyond normal wear and tear, will be the responsibility of the guest. We only intent to protect our investment in our home.
